General objective Evaluate the different pedagogical models assumed and developed by the educational institutions responsible for Initial Education Justification Research on the pedagogical models used in initial education is considered important, since there is little information on the historical process of initial education in our country. Pautasso (2009) conducted research on the pedagogical models used up to the year 2000. There is no other study since then. Another aspect is that in recent years there have been many changes in initial education: a curriculum for the whole educational level, the division into sublevels, the fact that the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion is in charge of education and care for children between 0 and 3 years of age in the different modalities and the Ministry of Education assumes education from 3 to 5 years and this is done in Educational Units. In addition, the different organizations such as the UN and OMEP, concerned about the primarization of the initial level and an inadequate way of introducing young children to certain disciplines that are fully schooled, promote the idea of ​​ensuring learning through play, seeking new alternatives and teaching models for initial education. From experience, as indicated above, it has been seen that in many educational institutions these aspects are not taken into account and the model that prevails in most centers is that of daily care. These elements are important to know in order to understand which aspects are prevailing and which ones do not allow transforming said model. Therefore, it is planned to carry out an investigation on the pedagogical model proposed by the 2014 curriculum, whether or not it is developed in children's centers. In addition, by identifying the different models present in the centers in charge of public and private initial education, it will be sought to know if the daily care model continues or has undergone changes and, if so, where it is being directed.
