Abstract

The present work was carried out to determine the degree of importance that the family has and the formation in values that a person had who later in the future completed his studies in Electrical Engineering, contextualizing the family in a historical and current way, starting from its origins, contrasting definitions, getting to know the traditional family and the changes that it has undergone until today. As the second axis of the study, the importance and degree of influence that education has to achieve an integral development in the person was taken into account, starting from childhood until becoming a professional, concluding that it should always be related to school and the family as key pieces in their formation and to pursue common objectives that are complementary to each other, so that there is no dichotomy at the time of becoming a professional due to having different doctrines in their education on the part of the family and their educational institution.
