Abstract
Currently, human beings live in the presence of a new digital-virtual life where it allows the user to interact with others, create virtual spaces, socialize, learn and more. The metaverse describes a vision of a 3D virtual world connected to the reality in which the user is located, allowing them to have a sense of belonging. The metaverse, being a free platform, allows the user to interact with other people, generating communicative ties that It can lead to social, educational, economic or work activities. This research seeks to study the interaction of hybrid platforms Decentraland and The Sandbox in the metaverse through three criteria: structure, human interface and decentralization. These platforms are friendly in terms of their accessibility so that the consumer does not have interaction problems, but the language can be a great aggravating factor for immediate communication and effective, which is why despite being globally recognized platforms, they are not yet developed to stand out as a metaverse, but they work to be called that.
