Abstract
The objective of this scientific article is to analyze, through different studies, the causes of the increase in environmental pollution, as well as the problems in the health of people and harmful effects to the environment due to vehicles that use fuels derived from the oil, as well as the causes that many of the vehicles that circulate in Ecuador and most countries in Latin America do not comply with the operating norms, perform an analysis of the health consequences of excess pollution in the air we breathe , making an ethical and moral analysis about the behavior and the decisions that the authorities that are in charge of these regulatory institutions have taken and should take, looking for a solution to avoid contaminating the habitat where we coexist with different species and make the change aware in our thoughts of our own benefit and using ethics to survive as a society without affecting others with our actions; with this study to make an analysis of what are the possible solutions to excess pollution and the responsibility that each person has according to their profession. Environmental ethics calls us taking care of the environment because not only are we who inhabit this planet, as well as the damage that people do not perform their actions with moral and ethical, performing their acts at their convenience and for their own benefit. benefit of the place where it has been placed so that it fulfills its function honestly, to generate environmental awareness so that the damage that is generated in the cities is seen not only to the people but to the public patrimony since every object or being that is exposed to the particles of vehicle smoke suffer unfavorable effects, look for a solution that does not affect people who must necessarily use vehicles or those who use vehicles as a means of work and raise awareness of those who do not urgently need the use by giving them a viable solution.
