The objective of this scientific article is to analyze through different studies, the causes of the increase of environmental pollution, as well as the problems in the health of people and harmful effects to the environment due to the vehicles that use in their totality fuels derived from petroleum, as well as the causes that many of the automobiles that circulate in Ecuador and the majority of countries in Latin America do not fulfill the norms of operation, perform an analysis of the health consequences of excess pollution in the air we breathe, making an ethical and moral analysis of the behavior and decisions to be taken by the authorities in charge of these regulatory institutions, thus seeking a solution to avoid continuing to pollute the habitat where we coexist with different species and raise awareness of the change in our thoughts of self-benefit and use ethics to survive as a society without affecting others with our actions; with this study to make an analysis of which are the possible solutions to the excess of contamination and the responsibility that each person has according to his profession. Environmental ethics calls us to take care of the environment because it is not only we who live on this planet, as well as the damage that people who do not perform their actions with morals and ethics, performing their acts at convenience and for their own benefit wanting to benefit from the place where it is placed to fulfill its function honestly, to generate environmental awareness so that the damage that is generated in cities is seen not only to people but also to the public patrimony since any object or being exposed to the particles of the smoke of the vehicles suffers unfavorable effects, to look for a solution that does not affect the people who necessarily must use vehicles or those who use the vehicles as a means of work and to raise awareness to those who do not need urgently the use giving them a viable solution. As an important part of this research is the ethical analysis - environmental, as well as ethical analysis - medical and ethical analysis - professional, because they are factors that influence the decision of people who should have a thought and their way of acting guided by the rules and laws that exist in each country taking into account that each professional has the obligation to know how it affects vehicle pollution in each field, as is the case of doctors to know the seriousness of the particulate pollutants that expel the fumes from the expensive, indicate the serious diseases contracted by inhalation of these particles and the number of deaths they cause, in the case of mechanics to publicize the best solutions for vehicles not to pollute or put more emphasis on research into new fuels to avoid pollution with particles from fossil fuels, people responsible for regulating do their work with morals and make decisions in an impartial way looking for the good of people who live in cities.
