Abstract

Likewise, Priscilla Rossana Paredes Floril, Miriam Bernarda Gallego Condoy and Miriam Mariana Gallegos Navas, present the document: Collaborative work and sustainability of inclusion as a challenge for reflection, in which they propose to expose the most significant experiences, personal and professional experiences faced by teachers during the first months of the pandemic, in this sense, the health emergency becomes a challenge for the teaching practice and for education. The personal experiences were marked by the fear of illness and the loss of loved ones and the usual confinement; the professional experiences, according to the authors, were marked by the change of work modality and the experience of attending to the diversity of students, aspects that will be presented based on anecdotal records and the exchange of experiences through virtual media among teaching peers.
