Information and Communication Technologies today play a very important role in supporting disability, which is why they are considered a relevant variable in the educational, social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities, and are identified in objective 2. of the National Plan for Good Living. For this reason, the Information and Communication Technologies Research Group associated with disability, TICAD, aims to contribute to society with research related to promoting such inclusion and facilitating the autonomy of people with disabilities.
