Abstract

This article serves as a guide to address one of the main problems of university students with disabilities, which is the lack of support in the "provision" subsystem of human talent in Ecuador. This is linked to methodologies applied in the evaluation of labor competencies, which impede development in the workplace, since there are no other projects that support a diagnosis of the needs for progress for the personnel affected in this field. The objective of this research is to describe work exercises and 3D simulations for the development of generic skills in people with disabilities.
