Abstract
The objective of this analysis was to identify the ethical principles and social responsibility in the company Doopler Cia Ltda in the face of the difficulties of the pandemic, it was proposed to relate the importance of professional ethics carried out by the hand of social awareness of the present situation in the recession economic, focused on statistical data for each department. The information base obtained seeks to publicize the history and importance of the company's management, as well as its departmental heads to maintain a professional and human structure with deontological principles. Taking quality control as a focus point and its position in the face of the economic crisis that arose from the Covid-19 pandemic, avoiding massive layoffs with strategies full of professional and ethical principles.
