Abstract

This paper aims to explore the influence of corrective feedback through mobile apps on smartphones, highlighting the benefits of its use in the English language learning process. To do this, the search and the analysis of the literature found were carried out taking into account the most relevant studies. The results of the research show that the use of corrective feedback contributes to the progress and improvement of student learning in more than 50% of the aforementioned foreign language. In the affective field, it increases the motivation, the belief in the individual capacities, the willingness to use the apps and therefore to be in contact with the language inside and outside the class. For professors, corrective feedback is a support that allows them to have individual and group monitoring of learning outcomes. This research reveals a review in which trends and challenges of mobile apps are evident.
