Abstract

This document analyzes labor contracts, evaluating their characteristics in order to contrast the ethics in their elaboration. Labor contracts have evolved in which some were more beneficial to the employer and did not take into account the rights of workers. The laws by which the contracts were based are well linked by human rights and these human rights were made based on ethics and equality for all natural persons. The labor contracts both as rights and obligations, that is, to receive and to fulfill respectively. They are made to achieve equality in benefit, autonomy, justice, respect and dignity. So a labor contract is closely linked to professional ethics. The data taken for contrast are by means of the law or labor code that exists in Republic of Ecuador and the regulation is updated until 2016 with a series of changes in the articles to be presented. The result of this document presents that the design of contracts is within a deontological one in which each individual or person is respected taking into account that he has the same value as any other and seeks a job where he can exploit his capabilities and further extend his growth in the labor field, thus increasing his performance at work and proposing new actions in the company to work.
