Resumen

The massification of online resources has allowed people and companies to be forced to use them, for various reasons, whether educational, recreational, communicative, or work. In tough situations, such as pandemics, the chatbot has been very useful, but its effectiveness depends on the application of several parallel processes. The objective was to present a study of the teaching of Brook’s law based on fuzzy cognitive maps and chatbots. A quantitative approach was used under a descriptive criterion, pertinent to the study related to artificial intelligence. The need to apply supervised learning on the knowledge of the bot and also a direct one, from the interface, was observed. The results showed that the application of fuzzy cognitive maps improves the development of new technologies, together with FCM-Fusion that presents activities in a single frame. It was concluded that Brooks’s theory makes sense and, in several projects, there have been economic losses, due to change or inclusion of new people, which slow down the processes, make them more expensive, and do not produce the expected results. For the application of new communication technologies, MCDs are necessary, since they allow the development of software, according to AI, added to the use of the chatbot, for customer service.
