Resumen
Worldwide, 15% of the population has some type of disability, many of them do not have a job or it is not in accordance with their abilities, despite having an academic background. This article proposes an expert system for the recommendation of job positions according to the profile of the person with disabilities, their academic training, functional evaluation through the Questionnaire for the Evaluation of Disability of the World Health Organization (WHODAS) and its labor competencies. The recommended positions are based on a study by a multidisciplinary team in the industry of the city of Cuenca-Ecuador.
