Abstract
It is important to keep in mind that we call Corporate Social Responsibility, in general terms, all the role that a company plays in society based on ethical principles and in accordance with the law. The problem of the research was based on knowing the effects that the factors corresponding to Social Responsibility have within a family business and how they affect its general development. The analysis manages to determine the reason for the effectiveness that Social Responsibility has if it is applied in a business. There are many aspects to consider about the benefits it brings. Through an investigation, according to the needs and opportunities of the business in question, we can determine how to put Social Responsibility into practice, in order to analyze its development and productivity. Every company, by the simple fact of existing, has several impacts, whether social, environmental or economic; the objective of Social Responsibility is to minimize the negative impacts, to minimize the negative impacts, and to improve the quality of life of the company. The objective of Social Responsibility is to minimize the negative impacts, maximizing the positive ones. Through the company's values, we can develop the objectives and methods to carry out actions that position the company as a model of Social Responsibility. The methodology used in this study was a theoretical systematization through the consultation of bibliographic sources, using analysis and synthesis for the processing of information.
