Abstract
Constant technological evolution requires a continuous updating of knowledge, leading to the need for Continuing Education. Universities play a fundamental role in offering training programs in specific areas, including online and hybrid modalities. Virtual education has experienced a significant increase due to digital transformation and Internet access. However, face-to-face modality remains attractive, especially in technical areas that require practical activities. Efficient management of Continuing Education is key, and the use of modern and agile management models, such as Scrum, is suggested, enabling a collaborative approach, adaptability to change, and short-term results. This paper describes a methodology for planning and developing Continuing Education courses designed for specific company requirements, involving stakeholders in the design process, rather than solely as recipients. Through the proposed framework, the aim is to promote innovation, competitiveness, flexibility, and productivity.
