Abstract
This document analyzes the performance of operators in Power Generation Plants and how they apply their professional ethics to the people in their environment, as well as their ethical relationship and how they perform their functions within the facilities; how they transmit their ethics inside and outside the institution and how it affects the social environment where the agents are. It also shows the definition of moral ethics within the different institutions that comprise the Electricity generation and how important they are.
