Abstract
Ethics is an important element that impacts on the performance of companies, Sigmaplast is a family company dedicated to the conversion of safe flexible packaging for food, has several areas, professional life is governed by an ethic since it is not only win money, the behavior of personnel in the maintenance area of the company was evaluated on a professional ethics basis that encompasses not only the work activities but also the basic and legal ethical responsibilities, by means of a descriptive method with a qualitative type evaluation, having as a result that each The person who makes up the area works under principles that govern acceptable behavior, personal characteristics that contribute not only to the well-being of the company but also of the community.
