Abstract

The present invention relates to a process for obtaining a composite material reinforced with vegetable fibers comprising isolating the vegetable fibers, applying a cold plasma treatment and mixing the treated fibers having a contact angle between 10°-20° with a molten thermoplastic polymer to obtain the composite material.
