Abstract

Teacher training is essential to respond to the requirements of today's complex society. The success or failure of the learner depends on his knowledge, initiative, praxis and creativity. Changing the role of the teacher transforms the attitude of the students. How to understand transdisciplinary philosophical training? This text responds to this and other questions: what are the pedagogical approaches related to the digital age? To what extent are ICTs at the service of a transdisciplinary educational philosophy? How is this approach explained in teacher training? What is The role of training in educational innovation? How to train for global citizenship? What are the contributions of the new sciences for educational training? The exponential growth of science and technology forces us to think about innovative training processes. In this sense, it is essential to study these problems.
