Abstract
Many assert that Bolivia is magical and mysterious because it maintains and reproduces the cultural manifestations of its ancestors in the new generations, something that Bolivians feel proud of, regardless of status or academic training. This imagined reality, full of color and mysticism, where the sensuality of their dances can be seen with their unquestionable gestural language, has the morenada one of the liveliest expressions of that cultural richness that has been celebrated since time immemorial in the patron saint festivities of many communities and urban centers in Bolivia.
