Abstract
The Don Bosco House is a Social Assistance Center for young people in urban-marginal sectors of Guayaquil, training courses are also held in various occupations, so that they have the opportunity to seek employment, entrepreneurship seminars give start topics Business, administration, marketing, taxation, leadership and motivation to have more opportunities, for two and a half months with role play, dynamics, group workshops, autonomous hours of work and conceptual evaluation. It is based on a quantitative and qualitative analysis with a total of 196 applicants, of which 45 participated, in addition emphasis was placed on motivation as a fundamental element of a business. The analysis confirms that at the beginning it was not clear how to undertake but at the end of the seminars the motivation and the enterprising spirit of the participants increased. This limited research expands upon the empirical basis that has focused on economic development through entrepreneurship with a lot of capital through, however the implementation of linking projects are a basis for research action and Good Practice plans, Which will continue to be developed each year, under this scheme.
