Guía Metodológica para el Trabajo Interdisciplinar en Carreras de Educación

Translated title of the contribution: Methodological Guide for Interdisciplinary Work in Education Careers

Research output: Book/ReportBook

Abstract

The formation of the subject as an integral being is threatened by the exercise of teaching from a disciplinary approach in which each professional develops his or her subjects without relating to other teachers. Teaching exercised from this logic is contrary to the integral formation of the future educator. Pluralistic, democratic and complex societies require an integrated approach. This methodological guide offers teachers of university education careers, orientations, procedures and tools that facilitate the planning, execution and evaluation of actions aimed at integrating the knowledge of the different disciplines that make up the curriculum. As a result of its application, it is expected that educational institutions will concretize, in practice, their offer; also that teachers, from their professorships, will assume an interdisciplinary vision to contribute to the formation of people who build bridges and seek to address social problems from the perspective of integration.
