Abstract

So far, different strategies have been applied to attract customers and keep them in the long term. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the marketing strategies implemented in the enterprises of Guayaquil-Ecuador to build customer loyalty. The methodology used was descriptive, analytical, documentary as well as field research to meet the objective of this research, so the survey technique was applied to a sample of 301 participants. The results obtained showed the development of the enterprises, their behavior to remain in the market, the challenges they faced, and the marketing strategies that contributed to better business results. It is concluded that the influence of digital media and social networks have a great influence on customer loyalty to business ventures.
