The objective of this scientific article is to analyze the professional and work ethic that the maintenance technicians have to have at the New Aurora Pediatric Obstetrician Gynecology Hospital "Luz Elena Arismendi" in the area of air conditioning and air conditioning systems, the areas with the that the hospital counts, it also presents the needs that each area must meet in the air conditioning and air conditioning system, these must have certain standards, one of the standards is NFPA 90A and NFPA 90B that refers to air conditioning and air systems conditioning in each area. We know that air conditioning in hospitals is very important because it controls the flow of air so that people in this room can have an adequate level of comfort to work, we also know that there are areas in which the air conditioning system is very important and it must be in correct operation, in case the system fails it would imply a risk for the newborns because the environment they are in should be at an adequate temperature, there are also areas where it is not so necessary but it should work because the hospital he works twenty-four hours a day and people who have night shifts need a little warmth on cold nights. In addition, it presents an ethical analysis on maintenance technicians to apply ethics and their criteria in the maintenance area of the entire hospital since their contribution is of great help to perform a good job when performing the required tasks.
