Abstract
The project focuses on the development of a tool for the reconfiguration of electrical distribution networks considering safety constraints when there are outage events in the electrical system. In this context, the project takes into consideration the maximization of the load taken by the distribution system after the change of state of the interconnection circuit breakers considering also the minimum amount of circuit breaker operations and subject to voltage, power and radiality constraints of the network. For the analysis of the algorithm, the modified 69-node system and the 136-node system have been considered, where the out-of-service of a section of the network has been considered, and satisfactory values have been obtained as results in the recovery of the out-of-service loads considering the best reconfiguration option.
