Abstract

Nowadays, informfation and communication technologies (ICT) are having major changes in almost all areas of society, there has been mainly a growing interest in educational technology. For this reason, in the following research, within the framework of a mobile application, an artificial vision module based on deep learning has been developed, which consists of the recognition and classification of images of 3 semantic fields (fruits, vegetables, and meats) and the recognition of their subclasses respectively by object detection. There is also the development of a serious game that consists of healthy eating which is intended to improve the development of the teaching-learning process in children and teenagers so that this game can be inclusive and equitable.
