General objective Determine the organizational resilience factors of managers and/or owners of manufacturing SMEs in the city of Guayaquil, in the last 10 years. Justification Socially, the importance is emphasized in raising awareness among managers of Ecuadorian SMEs that employee turnover does not contribute to the stability of production or marketing and that if there is a consideration for this human capital in relation to their training and how this training can contribute your organization will be improving the performance of Ecuadorian organizations and Ecuadorian families.
