Organization profile

The strength of the GITEL research group is to develop research and technology transfer activities in different fields related to telecommunications networks. This includes different interrelated fields, such as the design of telecommunications networks and their applications, transport protocols, FIWI Network studies, telemedicine, home automation and wireless sensor networks. The impact of the group's work is reflected in the dissemination of its results in national and international journals and congresses, and in the participation in numerous research projects. As well as, in the development of different Scientific - Social activities, related to telecommunications that help communities to improve their quality of life.
