At present, a new energy trend has been generated: Micro-networks (MR), where the environment and consumers are the main beneficiaries, being an alternative that allows covering the demand especially by the insertion of electric vehicles (EVs), for which a Micro-network type EVs charging station has been designed. This research proposes: allocate energy resources through the Hungarian algorithm, which allows managing the recharge of batteries of different types of EVs in a service station. The proposal is based on the stochastic prediction of energy demand using Monte Carlo and Markov Chains (MCMC) algorithms for each of the six charging stations, based on the randomness of the load type, load time, day and the different classes of EVs. The analysis will allow to manage the recharge in each one of the bays, based on an optimal response of the demand and the heuristic of allocation of available energy resources in the Micro-network (MR), in addition to the prediction of the maximum power required to satisfy the demand of the service station, the MR will consist of six bays for simultaneous loading of EVs 24 hours, in each charging station is intended to take advantage of the solar radiation of the city of Quito and as well as store their surplus in banks of batteries.
