Abstract
The present work will explain the process of monitoring a gasoline injection system by means of an evaluation and cleaning equipment of engine injectors, said evaluation equipment simulates the work done by an injector in an internal combustion engine by means of operation tests at each one of the injectors. In addition, a cleaning equipment was developed for the corrective maintenance of the injectors, by means of a half-bridge inverter circuit that produces the power and frequency required for the process of cleaning the injectors by ultrasound, which is the most widely used cleaning process industrial and more efficient, this cleaning process uses oscillating inverter circuits as the operating principle. For the construction of the evaluation team, a PWM control was used through the Raspberry Pi 3 card, which simulates the working conditions of an injector in an internal combustion engine and verifies them by artificial vision. To control and monitor the different tests of the injectors, a SCADA system was implemented, and the results that the injectors show are stored in a web page, where the client will be able to monitor the results of the injection process and in this way have certainty of the system operation.
