Abstract
Culture, within this conceptual strategy, should therefore be considered as a symbolic construction, and therefore as a construction of meaning that is socially and historically situated, which offers human beings and societies the signifiers, meanings and significations of social action, of their being and being in the world of life, of nature and the cosmos. Culture is also a social construction, which has nothing to do with cognitive processes or schooling, but is present in all human societies, whether they know how to read and write or not. Culture is a social heritage learned and transmitted from generation to generation. It is an adaptive tool that has allowed human beings to transform nature and to human beings to transform nature and to transform themselves.
