Abstract
This book is a sample of the broadening of the reflective horizons around interculturality. Philosophy, public policy, universities, teacher training, social struggles, etc., can and should be thought of today from an intercultural perspective. Not merely for academic purposes, but as a basis for building intercultural societies. Today it is commonplace to know that interculturalism was born linked to the simple idea of diversity; however, more than ever it is necessary to think of it as a possibility of a critical route for much of human action. This work is published in the post national strike context of October 2019. There it became clear that interculturality has to do with historical racist-colonial charges and with contemporary economic inequalities that cross global, regional and national geopolitics. This shows us the need to take seriously an interculturality that aims at the abolition of social asymmetries in connection with the commitment to the construction of a true plurinationality. One that demands respect for difference in political terms and equity in economic terms.
