Abstract
When talking about strategy, and due to historical heritage, models and concepts related to the military world and war issues are commonly evoked, where the transfer of information, the exchange of criteria and opinions, as well as effective communication are, to say the least, “strategic” for their objectives. Undoubtedly, this concept has been transferred to different contexts of our society as the need has been detected to structure initiatives, programs and actions in a coordinated manner that involve and are directed at many individuals with the purpose of generating an impact on society.
