Abstract
It is important to keep in mind that we call "social responsibility", in general terms, to any role that a company plays in society based on ethical principles and in accordance with the law. The problem of the research was based on knowing the effects of the factors corresponding to social responsibility within a family business and how they affect its general development. The analysis manages to determine the reason for the effectiveness of social responsibility if applied in a business. There are many aspects to consider about the benefits it brings and through an investigation according to the needs and opportunities that the business in question has, we can determine how to implement social responsibility in order to analyze its development and productivity. The objective of social responsibility is to minimize the negative impacts, maximizing the positive ones. By means of the company's values, we develop the objectives and methods to carry out actions that position the enterprise as a model of social responsibility. The methodology used was a theoretical systematization through the consultation of bibliographic sources, with the use of analysis and synthesis, as well as induction and deduction, for the processing of information. The debate should be generated by investigating the extent to which possible changes involve people in these events.
