Abstract
Mathematics shows a curricular space that joins its knowledge with technological areas oriented to the development of productive processes, allowing exploration in various socio-productive activities. The purpose of this experience was to promote developing of ability focus in learning doing, through the STEAM Education approach applying strategies of learning based in inquiry and the Design Thinking. It was based on mixed studies, with a higher tendency to interpretative and substantiated in a model qualitative. The sample was conformed for 63 female students, whose ages were between 13 and 14 years, enroll in the 2nd years of high school in the management 2021, courses A and B of the Unit Educative Maria Inmaculada, La Paz, Bolivia. The information was collected during five stages: 1) Introduction of aspects of geometry, 2) Research and concrete exploration, 3) Entailment with technology, 4) Application of concepts in real contexts for generate an entrepreneurship y 5) Socializing. The tool for generating the propose of entrepreneurship was Tinkercad using the strategies Design Thinking. The results were striking, as well, in the stage of socializing show his ideas of entrepreneurship that responds to different necessities that there were detected, like were: key keepers, cell phone cases, cheaper conservatories, and others. We could conclude that the use of this methodology is possible to generate a significate learning in the students from a concrete need.
