Abstract

This paper shows a summary of a review of enabling technologies, maturity models, and open research on Digital Transformation (DT). The methodology used for this systematic review is Kitchenham's guide, which considered the phases of Planning, Conducting and Communicating the Review. This paper aims to present the leading technologies to support DT, which has now developed Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT), Data Analysis, and BlockChain. About DT Models Maturity, the authors conclude that it is a field that needs a lot to develop for application in different industries. Finally, the main challenge of DT is integrating technologies and business processes through the prior assessment of Maturity Models.
