Cátedra, Internet y una Huerta

Solitude that came to me suddenly, like a wind blowing from the east, over the Andean mountains of my beloved Cuenca. Thus has come a confinement since March of the year twenty-twenty when the pandemic crossed borders so suddenly, and brought us all isolation, passion and death. A change never expected for me from the classrooms, the laboratory and the field, now behind a screen I would have to look at the faces of those who were once very close. There are gazes that are lost in the intensity of the light of the computers, disheveled heads in the early morning hours, others with hoods, caps and hats that conceal the missing hours of sleep.
