Abstract
Fabián Saltos Coloma, by way of introduction, explains the basis of his proposal, based on his expertise in sociocultural management and the professional reflections of the anthropologist, as a positioning in the definition of cultural management in Latin America and our country, in circumstances in which the issue of cultural rights has an unusual importance and validity, and as an alternative for "living in balance and harmony". It is essential to highlight the author's significant contribution in the bibliography, as it is a detail of support for the content developed and at the same time constitutes a systematic reference guide for the study of related topics.
