Abstract

This utility model proposes a track connection failure monitoring device, which is related to the technical field of ultrasonic testing equipment. It includes a track walking device, a supporting shell, a circuit board, a controller and an ultrasonic flaw detector. The support shell is fixedly connected to the top of the track walking device. The ultrasonic flaw detector is fixedly connected to the interior of the walker and extends to the bottom of the walker, with its vertical direction facing the surface of the track. The circuit board is housed within the support housing. The controller is fixedly connected to the top of the support housing. The track apparatus, controller and ultrasonic flaw detector are electrically connected to the circuit board. This track connection fault monitoring device can automatically walk on the tracks and realize fault detection without manual tracking, saving manpower resources.
