Study of Computer Security and ICTs in the Field of Information Security

General objective Analyse, study and test security, vulnerability techniques and information protection through the use of relevant material and Operating Systems oriented to Computer and ICT Security. Justification This paper aims to explain in a general way the importance of Information Security (IS) in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), especially emphasis is placed on certain specific issues such as the field of research, the academic among others, which become increasingly relevant to apply them in organizations, taking into account that IS has a very wide and diverse field, each one with its respective value and importance. IS research and training plays a very vital role in any organization since preparing, defending and acting before the events that arise can mean protecting or correctly managing the assets in the information environment, as well as applying the Appropriate policies, the roles of each user and analyzing the risks they carry in this environment can lead to more secure systems. There are case studies from which experiences, suggestions and advice that can be used in the administration of IS systems can be rescued, it is moreover suggested that this type of practice be done frequently to have more experience. With what has been said above, it is intended to deliver a report on the current situation of the systems with their respective conclusions and recommendations that in the future will serve to continue generating new important projects in this field.
