Resumen
The objective of this article is to improve the power factor in the distribution system with the implementation of an adaptive self-adjusting controller (STR) in the system, therefore, to compare the voltage profiles of the affected busbars with respect to the busbars improved by the presence of non-linear loads. The implementation of an adaptive control STR entails that the distribution system adapts to the insertion of several dynamic loads to the system arriving to the improvement of the quality of energy in the distribution system, for it is proposed to develop in a model of distribution of the IEEE of 34 bars, where it is analyzed in the three-phase bars of the system, raising to if the respective scenarios that will be simulated through the software Matlab-Simulink. Finally, after verifying the bars of lower power factor and the respective operation of the self-adjusting adaptive controller STR in the system, the series of results is presented, which leads to the improvement of the power factor before and after, voltage profile before and after, also the representation of the improvement of the power factor in real time before and after the system is used.
