Resumen

This study analyzes lower-limb joint kinematics during gait in five university students, using video-based motion capture with Kinovea. Reflective markers were placed on anatomical landmarks, and joint angles of the hip, knee, and ankle were extracted across the gait cycle. Spatiotemporal parameters and anthropometric measurements were also collected. Results revealed that morphological differences-such as limb length, pelvic width, and body mass-directly influenced gait strategies. The findings highlight the feasibility of low-cost tools for biomechanical assessment in diverse populations.
