Resumen
According to UNICEF, children and adults with disabilities are three to four times more likely to be victims of different types of violence. Some studies claim that children with disabilities suffer from sexual abuse, with a prevalence of 13.7 percent. For these reasons, in this paper, we describe an open initiative to teach blind children and youth. Our system uses a random forest regressor model to determine which exercises are appropriate for children ranging from 5 to 12 years. The educational model contains 13 educational contents related to Sexual Health and Hygiene (SHH) and five 3D models: girl, boy, teen girl, and teen boy with and without an erection. The system, as well as the educational model, were reviewed by 30 experts of special education in Cuenca, Ecuador, obtaining encouraging results.
