A lo largo de las publicaciones, la autora/autor avanza en la comprensión de cómo la política fiscal, la gestión financiera y los marcos regulatorios influyen en el rendimiento de las empresas y el desarrollo sectorial en Ecuador. El trabajo vincula políticas fiscales y normas contables con resultados económicos reales—rentabilidad, liquidez y toma de decisiones—abarcando manufactura, pymes, bienes raíces, turismo, salud, artes, acuicultura y sectores agrícolas. Metodológicamente, los estudios combinan análisis financiero (modelo DuPont, análisis de ratios), enfoques longitudinales y empíricos; en contextos educativos, se emplea el aprendizaje basado en proyectos para medir resultados de aprendizaje y motivación. El impacto se centra en orientar a académicos, gestores y policymakers sobre cómo ambientes financieros y fiscales, prácticas de gobernanza y estándares de medición impulsan un crecimiento sostenible y una mayor equidad en la economía ecuatoriana, con atención explícita a retos pandémicos y dinámicas sectoriales.
