Abstract

This investigative article will address the topic of youtubers, the new business of young people, the case of youtuber Kike Jav. The bibliographic references in relation to the problem to be dealt with mainly refer to the analysis of foreign youtubers channels and one only Ecuadorian, on the other hand, there are academic articles with more general content Convergências da comunicação 151 on the influence of social networks on young people such as, For example, “Social networks on the Internet” (Urueña et al., 2011). The articles that focus on YouTube and youtubers are: “Analysis of a YouTube channel: The case of the youtuber Zoella”, (2017 ) and “Subscriber behavior on YouTube: case study of the channel Plug TV ”(2016). Of the two investigative articles mentioned above,He aspires to retake the texts in relation to the analysis of youtubers channels, to apply it to Kike Jav, an Ecuadorian youtuber who currently has a lot of influence on young people.
