Abstract

This book examines the complex relationship between youth, the State and youth collective actions in different Latin American countries, with emphasis on the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. It analyzes the participatory practices of young people and state actions aimed at developing their citizenship, offering a comparative regional perspective on how the pandemic affected forms of youth participation and organization.
