Abstract
Graduates with disabilities need opportunities to potentiate their skills and knowledge, in such a way that this serves as an advantage when entering the labor context. This research work consisted of developing exercises on labor cases for students with disabilities in decision-making competencies and commitment to quality in the industrial and commercial sector, which were based on a prior analysis of data obtained through interviews applied to collaborators of said industries. The state of the art covers topics such as: the development of labor skills, the application of new technologies and the labor insertion of people with disabilities in Europe and Latin America. The methodology that was used was through a qualitative approach and a descriptive-empirical scope. For the collection of information, interviews were carried out, which were developed through a convenience sample of informants. The results of this process were the development of seven labor exercises based on real cases.
