Abstract

For our purposes, the common good can be described as the set of conditions that society offers to each individual to live a dignified life, thanks to his own efforts. The common good teaches us to know about the conditions of social life that make it possible for groups and each of their members, since the fullest and easiest attainment of one's own perfection does not consist in the simple sum of the particular goods of each subject. Subsidiarity indicates that, in society, institutions and organizations of a higher order. Each person has the right and the duty to be the principal (autonomous) author in his development, but knowing that it is necessary to correlate with the others. The authority has to try to establish conditions of life which allow each man and each woman to stimulate the personal initiatives of the common good. Society and companies require the application of an Economy of Communion based on the value of the person, that is to say, rescuing his dignity, an economy that not only benefits a select group but a whole group where ethics and morality prevail, where values are above material benefit. The present research is extensionist. The type of research has a mixed approach since it combines quantitative elements typical of the administrative sciences and qualitative elements typical of the social sciences, since it deals with the relationships that will be established among the participants, the scope of the research is of an explanatory type.
