Abstract
Voluntary service is a right and an opportunity for young people to be active subjects in production, self-supporting work, community initiatives, freely offering their time, talents, energies to others and to their communities through collective or individual actions, regardless of their ethnic and cultural origin, religion, age, sex, social or economic status.
