Abstract
Chapter seven, Tourist Destination Vocation: Viñales, Pinar del Río, Cuba, takes a very similar approach. From its case study, it identifies the importance of determining the strengths and weaknesses, in this case, of the nature tourism value chain and, through this analysis, to generate mechanisms that allow for a higher level of interaction in order to improve competitiveness and reaffirm and sustain the destination's vocation.
